Based on everything we've talked about so far, we'll prepare a proposal that includes a fixed price, timeframe and key outcomes for your project. If you like what you see, we'll ask you to give us your autograph (digital of course) and pay a deposit to get started.
This is where the fun really begins! We'll send you a couple of questionnaires and meet with you to discuss in detail your business, brand and customers. This, along with lots of research, is how we tailor our designs so precisely to your needs.
We start creating your designs! For website projects you'll provide your content at this stage, or if we're working with photographers, videographers and copywriters, this is where we all team up to bring your vision to life. You're involved throughout the journey, including face-to-face review meetings with your designer(s) to keep the project on track.
Time to show the world your new creation! This where we handover your final brand assets and/or website, but we don't stop there. We'll help you get your designs out into the world, including announcing the news on social media, and we'll teach you all you need to know to keep your website up-to-date.
Need a hand after handover? We're here for you! Tech support, design changes, website hosting or extra training, we're to help any way we can, and if we can't we'll do our best to recommend someone who can. We don't do expensive support contracts, we just help when you need it.
